Meet the Doctor

Dr. Emily Harkins has always led an active, healthy lifestyle, so the choice to enter Chiropractic College after graduating from the University of Illinois felt natural to her.   She graduated from the Southern California University of Health Sciences with honors with her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2005.  

During her first few years of practice she worked at a well established total wellness clinic. Chiropractic treatments, nutritional counseling, state of the art lab referrals and analysis, and Class IV laser treatments were all utililized for her patient's total body health. 

Dr. Harkins uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Harkins is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.
